The initial consultation is the first opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’re here to let you know that we are available. We’re here to walk you through that process to help inform, educate, and advocate for you every step of the way. I would love to see two years’ tax returns, federal schedules, 12 months bank statements from all accounts, as well as current pay stubs for you and your spouse. But if you don’t have it, don’t panic. We can help work with you to get that information and present that to the court in a usable fashion. That will help you get the orders that you need to protect yourself and your family. We break it down for our clients and let them know that hey, this is what we’re working towards. This is the information you need. We try to make sure that our clients are not overwhelmed by the process, and give you simple tasks so that we can work towards getting you your ultimate goals. And while you may not see the full picture now, it will become clearer as we work together and move towards your ultimate goals in the game.
We’ve been doing this for over 20 years. And we know the court systems. We’re familiar with all the judicial officers. We understand what the courts are looking for, and even particular judicial officers, what they look for in a case. We’re able to put this information together, put it together in a format that the court understands and give that information succinctly to the court so we can protect our clients’ interests and get them the orders they need to move their lives forward and protect them and their families moving forward.
