Associate Attorney

Gregory E Martin

Greg originally hails from the coastal climes of the Central Coast. Born and raised in Morro Bay he remembers the seagulls at lunch hour at the high school and the rolling fog that could show up in moment’s notice. Accustomed to the smalltown attitude and the casual local vibe he set out for the friendly University of California Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations, and a minor in European History.

Greg attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, where he was the recipient of the Creative Problem-solving Scholarship and a Diversity Scholarship.

While in law school, he was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society, an award bestowed to students who complete over fifty hours of pro bono work in one school semester while still attending classes. He also participated in the Jessup International Moot Court competition, tutored foreign attorneys in law school classes, and was Social Chair of the International Law Society. He graduated from law school in two years, Cum Laude, with an emphasis in International Law.

With 6 years under his belt already Greg has distinguished himself in the courts with a fierce but patient advocacy for his clients. In early 2016, Greg worked full time on a large securities class action case for a law firm in Del Mar, California; that case settled for $219 million. Greg worked at a prestigious San Diego law firm, from 2016-2019 and helped collect over $15 million in settlements and verdicts. Greg started with Law Offices of William Ausman in August 2020 and has helped collect over $1,000,000.00 in settlements and verdicts for the firm’s clients.

Greg can be found on the weekends working in his carnivorous garden with the likes of Venus flytraps, pitcher plants and other protein loving plants. He is observed maintaining his special garden by the likes of his 2 felines, “Panther” and “Goose”. They are his partners in crime and round out his bachelor household. Greg applies maximum focus and attention to detail in all the work he does. He strives to provide his clients with an interactive attorney-client relationship based on clear and concise communication.
